Ipsen is hiring a remote Field Service Engineer to service heat treatment equipment for customers in Central Indiana, Central Ohio, and Western Michigan. The role involves installing, starting up, troubleshooting, maintaining, calibrating, and training customers on equipment, coordinating service assignments, documenting work, and traveling up to 90% of the time, including extended trips and a training period of 6 months to 1 year. A home base is preferably in the Fort Wayne, Indiana area, and the position requires a high school diploma or GED, 2–4 years of related industrial equipment experience, and strong mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting, and customer-service skills.
