Description
The Field Service Engineer IV supports ZincFive Battery Cabinet and Uninterruptible Power Supply product lines through customer-facing installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, training, and technical support. The role may be performed remotely from home or onsite at ZincFive headquarters in Tualatin, Oregon, with up to 75% travel within the United States and internationally. It requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of battery and UPS experience, high-voltage equipment experience, software or firmware testing experience, and strong electrical, electronic, customer-service, and travel-management skills.
