Tunstall is hiring a remote Field Service Engineer based in Merseyside to provide repair and maintenance service for company and third-party health and care technology products in customers’ homes. The role involves testing and maintaining Warden/Nursecall systems, dispersed and social alarms, door entry and access systems, and other electrical and electronic products, while working with vulnerable and elderly customers. Candidates need an electrical or electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent, a Category B UK driving licence, fire-system testing experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and experience working with vulnerable people.
