Centric is hiring a Field Service Engineer Training Intern to help develop and enrich learning pathways for Field Service Engineers at levels 2 through 5 and update the existing FSE 1 pathway. The intern will investigate knowledge, skills, tasks, and responsibilities; work with stakeholders and field engineers; create practical training modules, assessments, and career progression paths; and develop workshops. The role offers guidance, autonomy, access to Centric Academy, social activities, and an internship allowance of €550. Applicants should be studying Human Resource Management, Educational Sciences, Creative Business, Communications, or a similar subject; be interested in adult learning and online training tools; work in a structured way; and have a good command of Dutch.
