Description
The role is responsible for seeking Honeywell and third-party maintenance business, managing budgets and customer relationships, performing retrofit and service work, leading system testing and commissioning, coordinating labor and subcontractors, monitoring site progress, negotiating suppliers, scheduling resources, executing engineering and software work, handling emergency calls, and delivering technical training. It requires an electrical or building services engineering degree, project-management experience, hands-on Honeywell or similar systems knowledge, and willingness to travel to Macau and work overtime or during emergency calls.
