Harmattan AI is hiring a Field Service Lead to run a team of Field Service Specialists supporting deployed complex technical systems at customer sites. The role owns preventive and corrective maintenance, operational readiness, maintenance standards, advanced fault diagnosis, depot-level repair, spare-parts and sustainment management, readiness reporting, customer enablement, and escalation coordination with engineering. It requires substantial hands-on maintenance experience, team leadership, advanced diagnostics, hardware and software servicing, regular travel, clearance eligibility, and English proficiency.
