Description
The Field Service Manager oversees the installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and performance of water and wastewater treatment systems across one or more project sites. The role leads multidisciplinary field teams, coordinates with EPC teams, subcontractors, clients, and project management offices, manages costs and variations, and ensures compliance with HSEQ, quality, regulatory, and contractual requirements. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline and 5–10 years of progressive water or wastewater treatment experience, including at least 5 years in field management or site leadership.
