The role directly supervises field technicians, assigns work, troubleshoots issues, manages staff performance, establishes departmental procedures, and ensures compliance with company and industry policies. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of experience with security and related systems, 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience, a valid driver's license, knowledge of security and fire regulations, leadership and communication skills, Microsoft Office experience, and preferably NICET certification.
