John W. Danforth Company is hiring a Field Service Operations Manager to oversee Syracuse field service operations for HVAC, plumbing, and environmental services. The role manages field supervisors and service coordinators, schedules work, monitors contract execution, develops operating procedures, oversees P&L and budgets, drives revenue, manages customer relationships, leads and develops the team, resolves escalations, and maintains safety and compliance standards. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or at least 10 years of related experience, mechanical-service management experience with P&L responsibility for a business exceeding $5 million in annual revenue, and leadership experience in HVAC or plumbing service or facilities management. Compensation is estimated at $80,000–$100,000, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
