Description

Persistent Systems, LLC is seeking onsite Field Service Representatives (FSRs) to join their Field Technical Service and Support (FT2S) team in Minot, ND. This role involves providing reliable, professional, and compliant on-site support for government contracts and mission-critical operations, ensuring systems meet performance standards through training, maintenance, and sustainment. Key responsibilities include performing preventative and corrective maintenance, operating bucket trucks at heights up to 60 feet, installing and repairing equipment, conducting training sessions, and maintaining accurate documentation.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Supporting government contracts, regulated environments and/or mission-critical operations.
Ability to safely operate bucket trucks.
Comfortable working at heights up to 60 feet.
Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Proficient with service reporting, ticketing and/or asset management systems.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
Must have or be able to obtain a United States Secret security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: Air Force Maintenance or Security Forces background and experience.
MANET or Wave Relay® experience.
Experience supporting LOS and BLOS communications networks.
Testing and evaluation experience.
A2B Tracking or similar IUID equipment tracking system experience.
CompTIA A+ or other certification in accordance with DoDM 8140 Cyber Workforce Qualification Program Matrix, 411 – Technical Support Specialist role.
Associate’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering or other technical discipline.
