Persistent Systems, LLC is looking for onsite Field Service Representatives (FSRs) to join their Field Technical Service and Support (FT2S) team in Minot, ND. This role involves providing reliable, professional, and compliant on-site support for government contracts and mission-critical operations, ensuring systems, users, and services meet contractual performance standards through training, maintenance, and sustainment. FSRs will perform various technical tasks, including equipment maintenance using bucket trucks at heights up to 60 feet, performance tracking, documentation, and audit readiness.
