Description
Northstrat is hiring a CONUS-based Field Service Representative to maintain regional PACOM USSF systems, with an estimated 10–15% of time spent OCONUS. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software, installing and replacing equipment, performing site surveys and preventative maintenance, monitoring deployed systems, managing tickets, and providing training to military users. Required qualifications include a U.S. government top-secret clearance, SATCOM terminal and cable-repair experience, Windows and Linux system administration expertise, CompTIA Security+ certification, a U.S. passport, and the ability to travel and perform physical equipment handling. Prior military or DoD experience, field support experience, SIGINT background, a college degree, and applicable technical certifications are desired.
