GILLIG is hiring a Field Service Representative to travel to customer sites in the New York State area and, as needed throughout the United States, inspect newly delivered buses, diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical defects, troubleshoot supplier issues, document failures, coordinate warranty and replacement parts, and support customers with in-service bus concerns. The role requires at least three years of commercial bus industry experience, blueprint and schematic reading, customer service, project management, and a commercial driver’s license with passenger endorsements. It offers an annual salary of $75,000 to $115,000 plus premium benefits.
