Artidis is hiring a Field Service Software Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, and validation of software and hardware components of its deployed systems. The role performs remote and on-site diagnostics, develops troubleshooting tools and minor patches, coordinates with headquarters and international sites, documents service procedures, and provides field feedback to improve software reliability. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, software debugging and root-cause analysis skills, Qt/C++ and QML knowledge, version control familiarity, and medical device regulatory knowledge.
