Description
Fracht is hiring a Field Supervisor to serve as an on-site representative during heavy lift and project cargo operations. The role observes and documents field activities, verifies compliance with lift plans and safety requirements, coordinates with clients and vendors, supports operational planning and risk mitigation, prepares field reports, and has the authority to stop unsafe work. It requires frequent travel, flexible availability, strong communication and organizational skills, and at least three years of experience in logistics, transportation, construction, or related field operations; heavy haul or specialized logistics experience is preferred.
