Panelmatic Inc. is hiring a Field Service Lead to support Field Service Operations leadership and Field Service Technicians. The role leads technician onboarding and training, assigns service teams, coordinates travel and per diem, supports site coordination and factory acceptance testing, standardizes service reporting, maintains tools and equipment, and performs periodic electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least five years of manufacturing experience focused on electrical equipment, mechanical and electrical drawing skills, strong problem-solving and communication abilities, and the ability to work in Youngstown or Houston.
