Description
The Field Service Supervisor oversees and manages 1–4 field service technicians, acting as a production job leader or crew member when needed. The role supervises work quality, safety compliance, technical training, customer service, performance management, and team leadership while supporting POWERX’s power infrastructure projects. Candidates need at least two years of experience in electrical testing or engineering, a high school diploma, relevant safety training, reliable transportation, and a valid driver’s license; travel up to 50% and occasional overtime are required.
