Description
Focal Systems is hiring a Field Service Team Lead for a six-month fixed-term contract at £20 per hour, working on the road and at customer sites. The role leads and coordinates Field Service Technicians during overnight installations of camera hardware, conducts site checks, manages customer communications, ensures installations meet quality and KPI standards, maintains records, and trains team members. The position requires a valid UK driving licence, reliable transportation, field service or related installation experience, leadership and troubleshooting skills, physical stamina, and the ability to work nights and weekends.
