Focal Systems is hiring a Field Service Team Lead for a six-month fixed-term contract at £20 per hour, working on the road and at customer sites. The role leads and coordinates Field Service Technicians during overnight installations of camera hardware, conducts site checks, manages customer communications, reviews completed installations, maintains records, and trains team members. Candidates need field service or installation experience, leadership ability, technical troubleshooting skills, power-tool proficiency, physical stamina, a valid UK driving licence, reliable transportation, and availability for night and weekend work. The contract may extend beyond the initial six months.
