Aspen Contracting is hiring a full-time, year-round Field Service Technician to diagnose and repair roofing, siding, gutters, and other exterior construction issues on residential and commercial properties. The role is hands-on and field-based, requiring independent work, ladder and roof access, basic carpentry, material handling, safety compliance, and customer service. Compensation is $22–$25 per hour, with approximately 45 hours per week, weekly pay, and company-provided truck, tools, and ladders. Benefits include healthcare benefits and 401(k) eligibility.
