EAC is hiring a Field Service Technician to serve as an on-site representative for its Hardware Services team, traveling to customer locations to troubleshoot 3D printing hardware, perform preventative maintenance and break-fix repairs, provide in-person onboarding and training, manage service schedules, document visits, maintain service inventory, and collaborate with customer-facing teams. The role is hybrid in the Minneapolis, Minnesota area, requires travel averaging 30–50%, and offers a base annual salary of $60,000 plus up to 5% variable pay and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
