Ecolab is hiring a Field Service Technician to provide service-intensive support for institutional customers, including installing, repairing, and maintaining warewashing, laundry, dispensing, and related equipment. The role handles emergency service requests, equipment changeouts, preventive maintenance, inventory management, documentation, and customer relationship support. It is a field-based position serving the Cleveland, Akron, Mentor, and Lorain, Ohio markets, with 10-hour shifts and availability for overnight, weekend, and holiday emergency work. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of service-related experience, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, and physical ability to lift 75 pounds and work in confined spaces. Compensation is $58,700–$88,100 annually, including base pay and target incentive.
