Description
The field service technician is responsible for troubleshooting electro-mechanical problems, completing installations, and performing unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance on equipment. They must analyze problem situations, recommend corrective actions, and perform necessary repairs in a professional and productive manner. The technician is also responsible for maintaining part inventory and supplies, ensuring the service van is clean and organized, and performing regular maintenance on the van. They must follow safety rules, dispose of hazardous waste properly, and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
