IPG is hiring a Field Service Technician to perform on-site installation, repair, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and software upgrades on IPG/Better Packages equipment at customer locations. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical aptitude, customer communication, independent field work, frequent travel averaging 30% of the work week, and the ability to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while an associate degree in a technical field and packaging automation experience are preferred.
