Description
The Field Service Engineer performs on-site installation, repair, troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of heat treatment equipment at customer facilities. The role coordinates with technical support, parts, engineering, and customer service teams; documents service and warranty information; represents Ipsen professionally; and requires extensive travel, including up to 90% domestic and occasional international travel. A high school diploma or GED and two years of related industrial equipment, maintenance, control systems, or technical certification experience are required.
