Description
The Field Service Technician will troubleshoot, install, commission, test, calibrate, repair, and train customers on NOV drilling equipment in the Odessa area. The role involves field travel, software and hardware upgrades, customer and contractor communication, documentation, repair-shop work, and compliance with company and HSE policies. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 3–5 years of mechanical experience, knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and on-call 24/7.
