The technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing various hardware components like printers, cash recyclers, servers, and PCs, supporting clients across diverse industries such as banking, education, logistics, manufacturing, medical, and retail. The role involves traveling to client sites using a company-provided vehicle, managing preventive maintenance schedules, assisting other teams, coordinating with technical support, providing customer updates, managing parts inventory, submitting necessary documentation, and potentially training new technicians.
