Description
Superior Skilled Trades is hiring an entry-level Field Service Technician to travel to decentralized wastewater treatment stations and support their operation and maintenance. The role includes collecting samples, monitoring process parameters, performing routine maintenance and minor repairs, troubleshooting alarms, maintaining compliance documentation, and participating in an on-call rotation. A high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, background check, basic mechanical aptitude, and the ability to obtain a wastewater operator license within 12 months are required; prior wastewater experience is not required. The position offers approximately two weeks of hands-on training, tools and PPE, licensing assistance, an on-call stipend, and time-and-a-half pay when dispatched while on call.
