KESSEL is hiring a field-service technician to instruct customers on operating drainage and wastewater systems, commission and hand over systems, diagnose and resolve malfunctions, advise on optimal use and maintenance, perform maintenance and wear-part replacement, prepare deployment reports, and manage spare parts. The role requires technical vocational training, customer-service experience, a Class B driver’s license, flexibility, reliability, customer orientation, and computer proficiency, with residence in the Greater Leipzig area.
