Description
ADT is hiring a field service technician to install, test, configure, troubleshoot, and support low-voltage smart security systems in customer homes and businesses. The role includes site assessments, wiring and device mounting, monitoring-center communication checks, customer education, safety compliance, and independent customer-focused service. A high school diploma or equivalent, clean driving record, computer and network diagnostics skills, schedule flexibility, and strong troubleshooting and communication abilities are required; prior field technical training is preferred.
