Field Service Technician for POS, security equipment, and EV charging stations at Seneca Companies

OWL Services is hiring a field service technician responsible for servicing, troubleshooting, inspecting, repairing, and installing electronic and electro-mechanical equipment including point-of-sale systems, security equipment, alarms, cash registers, coin changers, and EV charging stations. The role includes testing EV chargers, diagnosing system performance issues and ground faults, completing maintenance and service requests, using manuals, drawings, testing devices, and hand/power tools, and traveling to support installations and upgrades. The position requires mechanical aptitude, electrical experience preferred, safety awareness, independent problem-solving, a high school diploma or equivalent, a good driving record, and the ability to travel and work on a 24/7 on-call rotation.
