Socket Fiber is hiring a Field Service Technician I to perform residential fiber-network installations and repairs, configure customer equipment, terminate and test cabling, document service activities, and deliver professional customer service. The role requires travel across service areas, on-call availability including nights, weekends, and holidays, outdoor and elevated work, and the ability to operate a bucket truck. A high school diploma or equivalent, relevant telecommunications or field-service experience, and a valid unrestricted driver’s license are required; CAT3/CAT5 cabling, LAN/WAN knowledge, and ADSL/xDSL experience are preferred.
