Alma Lasers is hiring a remote Field Service Technician II focused on the East Coast of the United States, with candidates living near New York or New Jersey. The role travels 75–90% to customer sites to diagnose and repair medical laser equipment, perform preventative maintenance and installations, conduct low-voltage electrical troubleshooting, calibrate devices, document repairs, and provide Level 2 phone support.
