Alma Lasers is hiring a Field Service Technician II to travel primarily throughout the Central United States, with occasional East and West Coast service, to diagnose, repair, test, calibrate, and maintain medical-aesthetic equipment. The role includes Level 2 phone support, preventive maintenance, documentation, customer coordination, and mentoring peers.
