Description
The Field Service Technician II installs, troubleshoots, repairs, calibrates, and inspects Rees monitoring equipment in customer facilities. The role also handles preventive maintenance, customer communication, job documentation, inventory management, and escalation of complex technical issues, with travel to facilities within a designated region. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of Rees Technician experience or three years of industry experience, relevant technical knowledge, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift 75 pounds and climb OSHA-approved equipment.
