cb20 is hiring a full-time Field Services Technician to install, maintain, inventory, and record laptops, desktops, thin clients, monitors, and peripherals at customer locations across New York State. The role includes removing surplus equipment, completing work orders and expense reports, coordinating with customers, operating a company van, maintaining equipment stock, and traveling frequently with overnight stays. Candidates need at least two years of field services support and network cabling experience, two years of PC systems and related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 50 pounds.
