The Field Service Technician supports Edward Jones branch offices, vendor sites, and home FA locations in the Bozeman, Montana territory by installing, upgrading, and maintaining network hardware, computers, telephones, printers, cabling, and other site infrastructure. The role handles maintenance, IMAC, ticket resolution, asset management, client training, troubleshooting, and on-site service calls, with regular travel up to three hours in one direction and a company-provided vehicle.
