Sungrow is hiring a contract Field Service Engineer to support commissioning, warranty, and operations-and-maintenance activities for photovoltaic inverters, BESS systems, PCS, batteries, and ancillary equipment. The role performs troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, upgrades, SCADA configuration, documentation, and safety compliance at customer sites or staging yards, with 80% or more travel and no visa sponsorship. The Springfield-area contract offers compensation commensurate with experience, with an anticipated base pay of $39 to $45 per hour plus overtime for candidates in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington.
