Path Robotics is hiring a Field Services Lead to lead and coach its field technician team while performing hands-on technical work on multi-robotic welding systems, pneumatics, electrical and mechanical components, and automation equipment. The role includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, system integration, data analysis, customer support, and developing technician capabilities, with at least 75% travel to customer sites. Candidates need 5+ years of hands-on mechanical and electrical experience, prior team-lead experience, and familiarity with robotic systems and electromechanical troubleshooting.
