cb20 is hiring a full-time Field Services Project Manager to serve as the primary on-site strategic partner for an enterprise healthcare client. The role leads and closes deskside service initiatives across a main campus and regional sites, manages governance, schedules, scope, budgets, change requests, and on-site Level 1 IT Technician teams, and maintains ServiceNow records, project artifacts, SOPs, and billing activity. The position is based onsite at the Albany campus with minimal local travel to regional practice sites.
