Affiliated Engineers, Inc. is hiring a Field Services Representative in its Washington, D.C. office to support energy-efficient building solutions through project construction and contract administration activities. The role includes developing and coordinating system test procedures, organizing user training, administering functional performance tests, conducting field observations, attending progress meetings, and assisting with document control. Candidates need at least 10 years of experience in construction management, commissioning, facilities management, mechanical contracting, or MEP coordination, along with knowledge of test and balance and controls; electrical and life safety knowledge is a plus. The position requires up to 50% travel, a valid state driver’s license, and familiarity with construction software.
