Description
This role supervises the installation, repair, maintenance, calibration, and replacement of water meters, as well as service connection and disconnection activities for a county water utility. The position directs and evaluates assigned staff, schedules work, monitors progress, handles customer service requests and complaints, maintains customer information, and provides technical guidance. It requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of utility-meter installation, repair, and maintenance experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience, plus a valid Georgia driver’s license.
