Description
DHL is hiring a Field Service Supervisor to oversee air and ground parcel movement, airport ramp and cargo aircraft loading and unloading, international import and export warehouse sort operations, back-office flight and network monitoring, customs and clearance coordination, and a unionized workforce of 8–12 staff. The role includes hiring, coaching, training, performance management, process improvement, budget support, and operational problem resolution, with requirements for a BS/BA, two years of related experience including one year of supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and 40 pounds frequently.
