The role involves conducting scheduled visits, gathering and verifying information, assessing health, safety, and welfare concerns, documenting cases, maintaining confidentiality, and using electronic case-management systems. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work independently and travel extensively. Starting compensation is $20.00 per hour, with overtime and reimbursable travel expenses. The position requires federal and company screening and may involve evenings, weekends, extended days, and overnight assignments.
