Description
Shield AI is hiring a Field Solutions Engineer, Hivemind to serve as a customer-facing technical expert for its Hivemind autonomy solution. The role supports defense and security customers through discovery, technical briefings, demonstrations, RFIs, RFPs, proposals, solution development, and technical interchange meetings. The engineer translates mission needs and operational constraints into feasible Hivemind solution concepts, maintains product truth, develops technical sales assets, and collaborates with Business Development, Product, Engineering, Customer Engagement, and Program teams. The position requires at least seven years of relevant technical customer-facing experience, strong autonomy and defense-systems knowledge, and willingness to travel.
