Intersection is hiring a full-time Field Specialist (Trainee) to maintain advertising assets across the New York metro area. The role involves installing and removing advertisements, recording installation and removal information, reporting safety and maintenance issues, and participating in training and meetings. The position requires a valid driver's license, good driving record, physical ability to perform field work, and the ability to operate light- to medium-duty company trucks. It is scheduled from 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m., Sunday through Friday, pays $16.50 per hour, and includes a $4,000 quarterly retention bonus.
