Bantrel is hiring a full-time permanent Field Specialist – PTUS for its Infrastructure team in Toronto, Ontario, supporting the Ontario Line Subway Project’s Pape Tunnel and Underground Stations package. The role performs construction field engineering, technical drawing and specification analysis, contractor compliance, risk and safety management, on-site troubleshooting, quality checks, reporting, and coordination with project teams, engineers, contractors, and clients. The specialist may lead a team or specialize in a project area and requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field plus 3–4 years of relevant experience, or 7–9 years of relevant experience without a degree, along with field-engineering or assistant superintendent experience and prior construction supervision on a similar rail or transit project.
