Quality Conveyor Solutions is hiring a Field Splice Technician to perform vulcanized and mechanical conveyor belt splicing, belt installation, repair, and preventative maintenance in field and industrial environments. The role requires at least 50% travel, including overnight stays and emergency response, along with independent or small-crew work, customer interaction, safety compliance, and physical work involving lifting and working at heights. Candidates need 2–3+ years of conveyor belt splicing or vulcanizing experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug testing.
