Quality Conveyor Solutions is hiring an experienced Field Splice Technician to perform vulcanized and mechanical conveyor belt splicing, belt installation, repair, and preventative maintenance in field and industrial environments. The role requires regional travel averaging eight nights away from home per month, independent or small-crew work, customer interaction, and safe isolation of conveyor systems. Candidates need 2–3+ years of conveyor belt splicing or vulcanizing experience, knowledge of conveyor systems and material handling, field-service or industrial-repair experience, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background and drug tests.
