Quality Conveyor Solutions is hiring a Field Splice Technician to perform vulcanized and mechanical conveyor belt splicing, belt installation, repair, and preventative maintenance in field and industrial environments. The role requires at least 50% travel, including overnight stays and emergency response, along with independent or small-crew work, customer support, safety compliance, and physical work involving lifting, heights, and exposure to industrial hazards. Candidates need 2–3+ years of conveyor belt splicing or vulcanizing experience, knowledge of conveyor systems and material handling, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background and drug testing.
